Provides innovative health care for people faced with the inability to function independently
This letter goes out to anyone who needs help in there home or is struggling taking care of a loved one.
Words alone cannot express my wholehearted gratitude I have for Sandra's Home Health Care. Sandra provided some of the most caring ladies to take care of both of my parents. The fact Sandra always tried to match my parent's with girls that would suit their needs, ultimately helped me finally start to relax knowing they were well taken care of. When each of my parent's passed away, Sandra was there for there final hours making sure they were as comfortable as possible. Once they passed Sandra made all the phone calls needed to the Doctor & the funeral home, so I could have the time I needed to grieve.
I will forever be grateful to Sandra & her girls for all they did for our family.

Sandra made every effort to ensure that Kaye was comfortable with the care workers that supported her.
Sandra and her team were lifesavers for us. My husband Chris’ mother, Kaye, grew up in Niagara on the Lake, married and raised her family here and then settled into her family’s Victorian cottage in the Old Town.
Kaye was fun-loving and strong willed and, under no circumstances, was she willing to live anywhere else but home. Sandra and her staff allowed us to help Kaye achieve her (and our) goal. She was able to stay at her home until the end (at 95) with the assistance of the PSW’s that came and nursed her when she was ill, took her shopping when she wanted to get out (which was often), cleaned for her and stayed overnight when it was required.
Sandra made every effort to ensure that Kaye was comfortable with the care workers that supported her and that they had a good relationship. At that time, Sandra would call us personally and let us know when Kaye was having an issue of some kind and her staff would take her to hospital so we could meet them there on our way from Mississauga. When Kaye was failing, after another bowel obstruction and then a stroke, Sandra even stopped by the hospital on her way back from B.C where she had just accepted the “Caregiver of The Year” award from Canada Cares. She remains a friend and we have never hesitated to recommend her services.

Sandra, herself, spent the entire evening in the hallway with my mother and I
When both my parent's health started to decline, our family was confronted with the question of if they should be moved to a senior's residence or a nursing home. However, we discovered a much better alternative, Sandra's Home Health Care Services.
Sandra assigned the ideal staff to visit our parents twice a day to help with their needs. Sandra and her staff were not simply workers to them, they became friends. It is because of them, they were able to spend their last few years where they wanted and loved to be, their home.
The best example I can give of Sandra's dedication was when my mother was admitted to the local hospital and it was apparent that she was near the end of her life. There were no rooms available and my mother had to be kept in the hallway. Sandra, herself, spent the entire evening in the hallway with my mother and I until a bed was available the next morning. She did this in spite of her own grandmother being critically ill at the same time.
I highly recommend, that when your loved ones are in need, consider using Sandra's Home Health Care Services.

It would be fair to say that Sandra and my mom were, as my mother would say, "thick as thieves".
Sandra came to my family in 2004 as a PSW to provide in-home care to our 86-year old, but still feistily independent, mother. To Sandra's huge credit, she endured numerous attempts by our mother to convince Sandra that she was not needed. In fact, our mom tried her best to sabotage Sandra's efforts.
Sandra persevered, always with a truly amazing sense of humour, and about 3 months later, it would be fair to say that Sandra and my mom were, as my mother would say, "thick as thieves". Sandra stuck with my mother through the good and bad times right until our mom died.
During those three years, Sandra worked closely with the health care system to get support for our mom. My three siblings and I are eternally grateful for the amazing care, compassion, and, indeed, friendship that Sandra extended to our mother.
Sandra remains a good friend of ours to this day. We love her and appreciate that we stay in touch. We could not have asked for anyone better to support our mother.
Thank you Sandra!
